Telma Lannoo (*Bruges, 1993) studied Graphic Design / Illustration at KASK Ghent. In her Master’s she developed a method for making her drawings tangible by designing and manufacturing flags. With drawing as the starting point, she also creates tapestries, masks and models. The first sketch is an impulsive scribble from which the final form is being interpreted further and further. The beginning is just as valuable to her as the end result.
In the past years she made illustrations for e.g. REKTO:VERSO, Kunstletters, IDEAAL and worked on projects with De Grote Post, KAAP, VAI, Damaged Goods / Meg Stuart, De school van Gaasbeek, Stad Gent, Cultuurcentrum Brugge, Copacobana, etc.
